openNurbs importer - new geometry

When importing through the openNurbs importer, the rhino geometry is placed in the scene. when I select the geometry I can reload it fine. However, when I add geometry to the original file, is there any easy way to import just the new geometry? Right now I have to select all, delete, then reimport the whole file again.
