Is there a way how fabric can help us to bring UDIM mapped models (with preserving textures assigments) into UE4 ?
And as a side question.. - can we build workflow (via reach Fabric stuff) to use textures (in UE4 materials) not as *.uasset`s but straight from the disk\network?
This question is raised from first one about UDIM`s.. because of course - would be muuuuch better to use many UDIM textures right from the custom_path rather than to load all of them into the engine as *.uasset data.
Yes, its understandable that we can lose real-time speed of rendering in UE (because bandwidth of data-storage flow), but its not an issue for now.
