Deformer Skeleton - Hierarchy

Is it possible to generate a single hierarchy deformer skeleton rather than the current broken hierarchy that's created?

    There currently is not. There is though an open issue for it at this moment #307. It does provide some ideas for a possible workaround if you need it on short term.

    Any discussion regarding this is of course greatly appreciated if you can bring ideas to the table on how such a feature could possibly work. Currently nothing in components is describing a "parent" relationship other than constraints so it might take more work than only an update to the core, like updating of components to work with it as well.

    Exactly as @Roy Nieterau said.

    It's something that is on the list to figure out. We may have to create a new port type on the nodes that is an object reference or we need to introduce a post build hook that allows you to search for a parent object and if found, parent under it.

    Thanks guys. I figured re-parenting would be the simplest / quickest route, but wasn't sure if that would cause any issues or not.
