i do very simple setup with spine rig i grad from maya, this result is an array of matrix 4x4, but in 3ds max i don't know how to access to that result. I didn't find in doc have that kind of infomation. thanks!
If you're trying to drive other object's transforms by that array output, you'll need to create FabricTransform controllers on those driven objects, create an array input and an index input and use an Array.Get preset to get the correct item in the array for each driven object. Then connect the array output port to the input array port for each driven object.
See this section in the Kraken builder for Max on how to do this:
Kraken Rigging Framework
thanks @EricT , i checked it, this is a python code. Do we have an maxsript document for FE?
Not at this time unfortunately.
These test scripts may help you for the time being:
@anhungxadieu If you want to read this value, FabricMax will convert it to a Max matrix under-the-hood. I think you can use the maxscript command getArgValue to do so.
If you want to use it to drive a max node, then you will need to do as Eric suggests. Create fabric controller with an input of Mat44 (or Mat44 + idx) then connect the output port of your first graph with these input ports.
If you right-click on the source node, you can connect up Fabric ports similar to wiring Max parameters together.
Its not quite as slick as the node editor in Maya, but it does get the job done!
